Refund Eligibility
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition and packaging, without any signs of use or damage.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to assist with the refund or replacement process.

Return Instructions: We will provide return instructions upon receiving your refund request. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
